Emotion-Focused Therapy

EFT is an evidence-based approach that helps the client to be aware of their emotions, experience the emotions, regulate them, and then replace the problematic ones with adaptive and healthier emotions.

Through AIT the client is assisted to deeply experience the emotions, related thoughts, and behaviors.

The client will be able to replace and restructure the current unwanted conditions to the more developed, healthier ones combined with practical and constructive life skills.
